Food & Beverage Vendors

All food and beverage vendors will have to abide by local and state laws. A list of those vendors will be submitted to the Environmental Health Department for review and follow up.

All trash and waste, including oil, must be removed from the park when leaving. Dumping is not allowed and will result in being banned from future events. It will also be reported to the authorities.

Food vendors with perishable food (non-cottage food) will be required to operate with a concession trailer in the designated parking spaces. Cottage food (and drink) vendors will be allowed to work in canopies in the booth spaces.

Food and beverage vendors will be granted exclusivity on main entree items or specialty drinks. Because of this, we may restrict allowed menu items to allow as much variety as possible.
Some examples would be;
– Allowing a lemonade vendor and limiting others
– Hot fish and fried shrimp would be exclusive but having fries or coleslaw wouldn’t be exclusive
– Barbeque would be exclusive but having potato salad, macaroni salad wouldn’t be exclusive
